Embodying Change is sourced from a belief in a whole way of living.  The series is purposefully broken down into three integrative parts that allows for the mind and body to transform through the process of embodying who you truly are. Each month we will focus on a different part of the journey, equipping you with the tools to incorporate into your life and work by nature of being.

Private Yoga

Tanya can be summed up in one word… JOY! She creates opportunities to connect ideas, movement and people with a lightness of heart. Tanya is a 500hr RYT certified vinyasa yoga teacher and wellness facilitator who enjoys working with clients to embody the life that they want to live.

Workshops and Retreats

Have a group of friends, family members or co-workers who want to practice yoga together? Want to plug into an already existing workshop/retreat community? Expanding growth beyond the self and into connection, the Embodying Change workshops allow for a deepening of yoga and mindfulness practices in a group setting. From a series created for workplace development and wellness, to a retreat in the hills of Italy, to special birthday classes, these workshops have the ability to be crafted for a specific group in mind.
