Mothers & Muses: A conversation with Tanya Birl-Torres

On a beautiful sunny day mid February, I set out to Long Island with my family to visit a friend who lives right on the coast by the ocean. At 35 weeks pregnant, I don’t say yes to many things, but I said yes to this.
